I’ve had the domain http://www.fatboybbq.com for years and years now. Originally, I thought I wanted a domain to sell my homemade BBQ sauce, but after some research into commercial production and distribution, I didn’t think it was the life for me. So the site hung around not really doing anything.
One constant over the years has been BBQ–cooking it, learning new techniques, failures and masterpieces. Some meats so sublime I thought I’d died and gone to BBQ heaven. Some so disastrous surely this was BBQ hell. All of which had a lesson–an experience to add to the collection.
Whatever time of year, it’s always BBQ time. Join me on my ongoing BBQ adventure.
